When You Stop Circling the Work
There comes a point where you stop circling your work
and commit to what the work actually requires.
For me, that point is now.
After years of coaching, learning, refining,
and walking through many layers of my own evolution,
I know exactly what I’m here to build next.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲™ is not a pivot
or a short-term project.
It’s the work I’m committed to for the long haul.
I’m building it for women who know they have outgrown
their current life.
Women with intelligence, creativity, and emotional depth
who feel frustrated because their potential isn’t being used
in the way they know it can be.
Women who have done real inner work.
Women who have had to learn what healthy mind and body,
healthy love, and healthy abundance actually look like for themselves
because it was never modeled for them.
Women who already hold space for others, often informally,
and can feel that it’s time to step into this work properly.
Earlier in my own journey, I was drawn to coaches
who promised external results.
Bigger goals.
Faster outcomes.
More success.
What I learned, sometimes the hard way,
is that external change without deep inner transformation
is unstable.
It doesn’t last.
Inside 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲™,
the inner work is not optional.
Emotional regulation, self-leadership,
and inner stability form the foundation
for everything else.
This is what makes next-level external results
sustainable, ethical, and embodied.
The Academy™ is a year-long professional training pathway.
It combines energetic conditioning
with ICF-aligned coaching skills
to support women who want to coach
with integrity, presence, and long-term impact.
This is not a quick fix
or a motivation-based program.
It’s a structured journey
that develops both who you are
and how you coach.
I don’t train coaches to perform
or chase inflated identities.
I train women to become steady, self-led,
and capable of leading others
over the long term.
This work reflects my own path.
I have walked through many layers of evolution
to become the woman I am today.
Coaching, alongside the tools I teach
inside 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲™,
has been central to that transformation.
What I offer is lived, embodied,
and tested over time.
This is my long-term work.
