CERTIFICATION
When you complete the Fired Up Coaching Academy™, you have the opportunity to become a Certified Fired Up Coach.
The academy is delivered as a year-long professional pathway, during which certification is earned through demonstration, practice, and integration. You learn the skills, apply the tools, and embody the coaching mindset throughout the year.
When you are ready, you submit the following for assessment:
1) A coaching log of 50 sessions
Sessions may be paid or unpaid and completed with peers, practice clients, or real clients. A minimum of 10 clients is required, with a maximum of 5 sessions per client. This log demonstrates consistency, commitment, and applied coaching competence.
2) One recorded coaching session
You submit one coaching session recording for assessment, following the guidelines taught inside the academy. This allows you to demonstrate that your coaching meets the standard expected of a Fired Up Coach.
Once your coaching log and recording are approved, you receive your official Fired Up Coach Certification.
This certification reflects capability, presence, and integration. It signals that you can coach with clarity, emotional intelligence, and real-world effectiveness.
ICF CREDENTIALING (OPTIONAL PATHWAY)
The Fired Up Coaching Academy™ is designed with the professional standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in mind and supports coaches who wish to pursue ICF credentials via the appropriate pathway.
While ICF credentials are awarded solely at the discretion of the International Coaching Federation, the training, structure, and assessment processes within this academy are intentionally aligned with ICF competency expectations.

I’m Niamh Dee, a professional coach, trainer, and educator with over a decade of experience supporting deep personal and professional transformation.
Great coaching requires more than techniques.
It requires inner stability, personal responsibility, and the capacity to hold others through real change without losing yourself in the process.

1. Do I need prior coaching experience to join?
No. This training is designed for women who want to become grounded, confident coaches regardless of background.
The Academy begins with foundational mindset, presence, and communication mastery. You can join even if you have never coached before. If you do have prior experience, the curriculum deepens clarity, presence, and coaching effectiveness.
2. Is this program ICF-aligned or accredited?
Yes. The Academy curriculum is aligned with internationally recognized coaching competencies and professional best practices.
You also have the option to pursue an official 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 certification. Certification requirements are competency-based and designed to reflect demonstrated ability rather than attendance alone.
3. How much time should I expect to commit each week?
The training runs for one year from your start date.
Most weeks include one live training alongside reflection, integration, and coaching application. Participants who treat this as professional formation rather than casual learning typically set aside 2 to 3 hours per week.
4. Can I join on a payment plan?
Yes. Payment plans are available.

5. Are there any scholarships or reduced-fee places available?
A limited number of partial scholarships are available.
These are reserved for women who demonstrate strong alignment with the values of the Academy and a clear commitment to becoming a high-integrity coach.
Partial scholarships are not discounts. They are offered intentionally and selectively. To inquire, send a short message explaining why you are not in a position to pay in full and why this training matters to you.
6. What happens if I miss a live session?
All live sessions are recorded and made available shortly after each session.
Live participation is encouraged wherever possible, as learning and integration are strongest through direct engagement.
7. Will this help me get coaching clients?
This training focuses on developing the foundations that support client work over time.
You build confidence, communication quality, and emotional intelligence, which are the core capacities coaches rely on to attract and retain clients. You will practice coaching within the Academy and develop confidence through real engagement rather than marketing tactics alone.
8. Is certification included?
Certification is optional.
Those who choose to certify complete a coaching log and submit recordings to demonstrate skill mastery. Certification reflects true capability rather than completion alone.
9. Who is this not for?
This Academy is not a quick-fix course.
It is not focused on motivational hype, surface tactics, or shortcut identities. It is designed for women who are willing to do the inner and professional work required to coach at a high standard.
10. How does the Academy support ACC or PCC credentialing, and why would I want that?
The Fired Up Coaching Academy™ is designed to support participants who wish to pursue ICF credentials at ACC or PCC level, either during or after the training.
The curriculum, training hours, and competency-based approach align with ICF requirements. You gain a clear understanding of how the ICF application process works and are guided in preparing your ACC or PCC application, including exam preparation where relevant.
While credentialing is optional, many coaches choose it for international recognition, professional credibility, and access to corporate and organisational coaching environments.
Once an ICF credential is held, many graduates choose to work with coaching agencies and organisations that hire credentialed consultants. This can provide professional experience and income while a private practice and audience continue to develop.
This Academy allows you to train deeply as a coach while keeping the ACC or PCC pathway open and building your career in a grounded, sustainable way.
11. A year feels long. Do I really have to wait that long to apply for my ACC accreditation?
No.
You will complete the required 60 hours of coach education well before the end of the year. Assuming you have met the other ACC requirements, including coaching hours, mentor coaching, and performance evaluation, you can apply for your ACC by 30 June.
The year-long structure exists to support integration, practice, PCC-level development, and long-term professional confidence, not to delay accreditation.
12. Can I see a more detailed curriculum and schedule, including dates?
A comprehensive curriculum can be shared upon request.
Live sessions are currently planned primarily for Thursdays, with some sessions scheduled on other days when needed. Dates and formats are subject to change. Most live training and group coaching dates are shared at least one month in advance.
There is a guaranteed minimum of 100 hours of live training across the year. This supports those who wish to pursue PCC accreditation.
There is no obligation to attend 100 hours, or even 75 hours, if PCC accreditation is not being pursued.
