Introducing The Fired Up Coaching Academy™
The Fired Up Coaching Academy™ is a 20-week transformational training designed to strengthen you from the inside out. It teaches you how to understand yourself, lead yourself and express yourself with clarity, confidence and emotional intelligence. It gives you the coaching and communication skills that elevate how you run your business, how you lead people and how you navigate your life.
This is not a program filled with noise. It is not another collection of tips you will forget by next month. The Academy™ builds identity-level growth that stays with you for life. You learn how to operate from steadiness, truth and grounded presence rather than pressure, fear or self doubt.

Program Structure
The program begins on 9 July 2026 and runs for 20 weeks.
Each five week block follows a clear and powerful rhythm that supports real transformation without overwhelm.
Weekly Training Modules
You receive 16 total modules of deep, focused training that teaches you the core pillars of coaching, communication and self leadership. Each module is powerful, clear and actionable. You learn the skills that elevate entrepreneurs, strengthen leaders and transform lives.
Live Coaching and Q and A Calls
Directly after each live training, you receive coaching, ask questions and deepen your ability to embody the material. This is where everything begins to land in your real life.
One rest week
Every fifth week, you get space to breathe, absorb, practice and reset your energy so you stay regulated, focused and grounded throughout the entire journey.
This structure creates transformation without overwhelm. It gives you time to grow, time to implement and time to integrate.

Although we don’t officially kick off until July 2026, you can join the Fired Up Coaching Academy™ at any time. When you join, you get immediate access to the entire ICF-aligned curriculum. Every module has already been professionally recorded and uploaded to the Skool platform so you can begin building your skills straight away.
You also receive the full Foundational Coaching Skills program. This gives you a strong head start and allows you to begin practicing the core principles of powerful coaching from day one.
While all of the material is ready for you now, I will be re-recording the entire syllabus during the live program. The International Coaching Federation recently made small updates, and I want to ensure you learn the most current standards. More importantly, taking the program live allows you to ask questions in real time, integrate the material more deeply and experience the transformation with full support.

Certification
When you complete the Fired Up Coaching Academy™, you have the opportunity to become a Certified Fired Up Coach.
Certification is earned through demonstration, not theory. You will learn the skills, practice the tools and integrate the coaching mindset throughout the twenty weeks. When you are ready, you submit:
A coaching log of 50 coaching sessions
These can be paid or unpaid. They can be with peers, practice clients or real clients (a minimum of 10 clients and maximum of 5 calls per client). This log demonstrates your commitment, consistency and growth.
One recorded coaching session
This recording is submitted for assessment and must follow the guidelines you will learn inside the program. It allows you to demonstrate that your coaching skills meet the high standard expected of a Fired Up Coach.
Once your recording and log are approved, you will receive your official Fired Up Coach Certification.
This certification reflects depth, capability and true transformation. It shows that you can coach at an advanced level with clarity, presence and emotional intelligence. It shows that you can create real breakthroughs, that you are not just trained but skilled.
