Membership includes at least seven live sessions each month.
Each session begins with a coaching theme and then opens into conversation.
Members can volunteer to be coached or contribute their perspective.
Guest experts occasionally join to share their expertise.
A Professional Pathway for Women Who Want It
Some members simply enjoy the conversations and personal development.

For those women, a professional pathway exists.
Members receive access to Foundational Coaching Skills, the first stage of training that leads into The Fired Up Coaching Academy™.
This training provides the core skills required to begin coaching and start building a coaching practice.
Women who wish to pursue formal certification can upgrade their membership, at an additional cost, to become Certified Fired Up Coaches, with the option to pursue ICF credentials through The Fired Up Coaching Academy™.
This certification path is optional, yet for many women it becomes the start of a professional coaching career.
