The Miracle That Is You

Out of more than 100 million sperm cells, only one makes it to the egg.

If that moment had shifted by seconds, a different sperm would have arrived and a completely different person would exist instead of you. Add the odds of your parents meeting, staying together long enough to conceive, your mother carrying you safely to term, and every one of your ancestors surviving long enough to reproduce, and the probability of you being here collapses almost to zero.

Statisticians have tried to calculate the odds of your existence and arrive at numbers so large they become almost meaningless. One estimate lands around 𝟏 𝐢𝐧 𝟏𝟎²,⁶⁸⁵,⁰⁰⁰.

So before we talk about wanting more, becoming more, manifesting more, or fixing anything in your life, it matters to understand this first truth.

You already beat impossible odds just by being here.

Which brings me to this.

If you want more love in your life, look for the love you already have and amplify your gratitude for it.

If you want more trustworthy people in your life, look for the ones you trust already and amplify your gratitude for them.

If you want more joy in your life, catch the small joyful moments and bathe in that joy a little longer.

If you want more abundance in your life, do not stop until you have listed 100 ways that you are already abundant. Those become easy to find once you train yourself to look properly.

If you want more miracles in your life, notice and give thanks for every small miracle, starting with the fact that you made it here as a human.🙏

Humans are wired to scan for lack. It is a survival program, not a truth program. The problem is that most people never override it. They end up living in a world of constant deficiency while standing knee deep in miracles.

There is an extraordinary amount of abundance and beauty unfolding around you every single day that never registers because your attention has been trained elsewhere.

When you learn to zoom in on the quiet miracles within you and around you, something radical shifts. Gratitude stops being a concept and starts becoming your default state. Appreciation stops being an exercise and becomes your operating system.

Where attention goes, energy flows. That is not poetry. That is law.

And when your attention consistently rests on what is already working, already beautiful, already abundant, your entire life reorganizes around that signal.

Your relationships soften. Your nervous system stabilizes. Your sense of meaning strengthens. Your capacity to receive expands.

This is not about bypassing discomfort. It is about meeting life from a grounded, awake place rather than from chronic insufficiency.

And choosing to live in reverence for the miracle of being here might just be the highest priority of this entire human experience.
